Our mission is to bring hope, dignity and purpose to those who need it. With seven children, five adopted from foster care, we’ve learned the power of love, interdependence and community. 

TEAM is an acronym for The Ends And Means. At TEAM Living and TEAM Bean Extra-Ordinary Coffee we strive to find or create a just means to every end we pursue.

TEAM Living a 501c3 non profit is about sharing life with people who are struggling. Whether it’s addiction, homelessness, or feeling alone, we try to offer love, support, and when available a safe place to live and belong. We believe in helping people rebuild their lives by sharing what we have.

TEAM Bean Extra-Ordinary Coffee is how we turn something as simple as a great cup of coffee into hope, dignity, purpose and a little bit of $$. We roast beans here in Lincoln, Nebraska, so they are always fresh. We make sure growers get a fair deal and customers get great fresh roasted coffee. We roast only organic beans, if possible use eco friendly practices and packaging and offer free local delivery. Caring for our family is our top priority and TEAM Bean allows us to work from home and presents many opportunities for our adult and teen children with special needs as well as opportunities for other community members with Extra-Ordinary abilities.
